Barbra Marden, a Vermont local, will lead THINKMD’s new Partner Success Program. As the Partner Success Team Leader, Ms. Marden brings extensive customer success experience and critical skills to the role including project management, team leadership and development and organizational agility.

The program is expected to enhance and solidify THINKMD’s current and future partnerships, developing healthy partner relationships, improving training, evaluating and meeting partner needs, building trust and transparency and supporting the onboarding of new partners. Ms. Marden will be working closely with current team members to evolve processes, leverage experiences and introduce new support mechanisms across THINKMD platform offerings.

Ms. Marden has a 17-year career in Healthcare and Customer Success Management, having worked with Critical Access Hospitals across the USA serving rural communities, through an Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) company. She holds an Associate Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Public Administration (MPA).

Born and raised in Uganda, Ms. Marden says, “I saw firsthand the need for communities to obtain access to healthcare and I am very impressed by the THINKMD solution and mission in this field. I am hoping to make it easy for our partners to implement our solution and provide an outstanding customer experience through their journey.”
